During his time working for Lighthaus http://lighthaus.se Hans Philip participated as lead designer in several lighting projects for DEFA. Lots of concepts were presented to the company and three major ones went into production as still expanding families. You can see them on display below.
Elite Small soon followed to market. The same over all character as the large one but presenting some unique elements as well.
Elite Small
The Ledge concept means a super sleek design. The light is spread up and down through a prismatic sheet which is totally transparent when not lit. The height of the actual luminaire is only 12 mm. There is no traditional cabling. Currency goes through the wires suspending the armature. The market target is public buildings and offices. Lighthaus did not only present the design they also took a market approach and came up with the name Ledge.

Ledge Circle follows the same concept and is as minimalistic as the rectangular.
Ledge Circle on display in DEFAS:s boot in different lighting fairs.
Ledge Circle comes in two different sizes.
Ledge Circle can be placed either horzontally or vertically – on the wall or in the ceiling.Neptune 2.0 is an exterior lighting armature that comes in many variants. Thanks to LED technique and smart configuration this luminaire becomes extremely compact. The design process meant that the DEFA identity was strengthened also for this product range.
